With summer approaching, an Oztech system was installed on a Mangawhai beach house.

The system is waterproof and wind resistant to 150 kph, creating an area that can be used year round despite the weather. When used in a beach location such as this, the Oztech stands out with its strong design profile and performs excellently with all its connections either made of aluminium or 316 Stainless Steel.

For this client, it was important to ensure the kids were safe from the UV rays and the heat was kept out to ensure a pleasant environment both inside and out. With the Serge Ferrari 502 PVC this is accomplished. The membrane allows a light transmission of 19%, heat is drastically reduced and UVA/UVB Rays 99.9% blocked.

With an area added like this, it's obvious the value added to the house and the usable living area has been increased significantly.
