Rondo Steel Utilised for Wellington's Elevate Apartments

Designed by the award-winning team at Architecture +, Elevate will be an eye-catching apartment building in a contemporary design, poised to become an icon of sophisticated urban lifestyle.

The complex will comprises 82 apartments and at 16 stories high, it will be one of the tallest residential buildings in the capital.

Affordability, but not at the expense of quality, has always been a winning recipe with every Stratum Management project; every detail is well-planned, and quality construction materials are a priority.

Stratum Management used Rondo Steel for Elevate's interior partitions, with Rondo Quiet Stud chosen for its acoustic performance, which is key to providing quality interior environments for all future tenants.  Rondo steel products provide quality assurance for long-term performance thanks to the uncompromising quality of their zinc surface coating and their stringent tests against degradation due to sea salt spray – an important factor for this project due to its proximity to the sea.

Rondo's dedicated team of engineers is at full disposal to provide technical assistance and seismic design for interior partitions and plasterboard suspended ceilings in any project.
