Bring Nature Inside: Wool Rugs and Axminster by NZ Artist Miranda Brown

The Nature Collection of rugs and broadloom is designed by New Zealand artist and biophilic designer Miranda Brown. The collaboration with industry experts Heritage Carpets will expand Miranda's interiors portfolio of wallpapers, textiles and art — with clients that include hospital/healthcare, aged care, residential and workplace — to incorporate luxurious soft flooring. Miranda's wall coverings, art, fabrics, carpet and rugs can be combined to weave a story throughout your space, or a stunning rug can be a single focus for your design.

The beautiful carpet and rug designs use motifs, symbols and rhythms of nature that reference New Zealand flora and fauna, to elevate our connection to nature and promote well-being.

Three core designs — Universal Connection, Seed and Emerald Garden — are available in standard rug sizes and in Axminster broadloom, each in four colourways.

Rugs are 100% hand-tufted New Zealand wool, and Axminster is 80/20 NZ-wool rich.

There is the opportunity for custom sizes and colourways.

In addition to The Nature Collection, Heritage Carpets and Miranda Brown are offering a fully bespoke design service, where you can co-create with Miranda rugs or carpets that reflect your client's aesthetic and tell their story.

Heritage Carpets exclusively represents Miranda Brown for flooring.
