Calming Neutrals from Dulux Autumn Trends for the Changing Seasons

Warm neutrals, earthy yellows, soft green, and cool blues such as those featured within the Dulux Still palette, one of the three palettes from the Dulux Colour Forecast for 2025, will be a key colour direction as we head into autumn and winter. This palette has an underlying warmth with calming neutrals, offering the perfect stepping stone for those wanting to add rich and subtle colour to a design project.

This season embrace subtle luxury and calming, grounded tones with the Dulux Colour Forecast Still palette.

Before and after: A cosy transformation

Looking to bring back the warmth that was missing, the team drew inspiration from nature, using the soft tones and textures of the Dulux Still palette to create a perfect balance of minimalism and subtle luxury.

"As part of an Edwardian home's extension, the living room and bedroom were mainly white, giving us the perfect canvas to introduce warmth and a depth of colour as well as textured elements across furniture and décor," says Davina Harper, Dulux Senior Brand Manager – Colour. "The Still trend captures that quiet luxury vibe, so to complete the transformation, we chose organic shapes and layered textures such as wool and linen in the bedding and furniture."

Introduce colour in your projects

Each colour in the Still palette has a greyed-off, soft and muted undertone giving them a timeless natural quality.

Explore the colour palette and easily order sample pots or A4 swatches to find the perfect shade for your project.
