Description

The SafetyLink FrogLine TUFF-POST Warm Roof Lifeline System is a permanent horizontal lifeline system designed for warm roof construction where the waterproof membrane is flashed directly to the TUFF-POST MINI / TUFF POST, maintaining the integrity and weatherproof performance of the roofing system.

The TUFF-POST raises the lifeline connection above the finished roof level, allowing the membrane build-up to continue uninterrupted while providing continuous fall protection for personnel working at height.

The system is available with 100, 150, 300, 600 and 900 mm TUFF-POSTs to suit varying insulation depths and roof build-ups. Depending on the roof structure, the TUFF-POSTs are installed using chemical anchors into reinforced concrete or mechanically fixed to structural steel. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, the system is suitable for commercial and industrial roof access applications.

  • System supplied, installed and certified by Total Height Safety in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
  • Inspect and recertify in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4.
Statement of Building Code Compliance

Contributes towards compliance with NZBC B1, B2 and F4.

  • Manufactured and tested to AS 5532.
  • Installed and maintained in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4.

Warranty & Maintenance

  • Manufacturer's warranty applies when installed in accordance with SafetyLink requirements.
  • Inspect and re-certify by a competent person in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4.
