Resene Membrane Roofing Primer is a specially formulated pre-treatment to upgrade adhesion, both wet and dry, to rubber membrane sheeting materials.

Scope of Use
  • Asphalt tennis courts
  • Bituminous substrates
  • EPDM and butyl rubber membrane sheeting
Limitations on Use
  • Resene Membrane Roofing Primer is not designed to give long-term protection without topcoating. Overcoat within three months.
  • In summer months black roofing membranes can get very hot, leading to very rapid dry times and reduced flow properties. Use Resene Hot Weather Additive to slow drying.
  • Will not isolate bituminous substrata from subsequent solventborne topcoats.
