Compliance must be assessed for the complete system, including glass, channels, hardware, seals, framing, supporting structure and building interfaces.

• Safety glass options are manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 2208
• Laminated glass processing is undertaken with reference to AS/NZS 4667
• Insulating glass units are manufactured and tested in accordance with BS EN 1279
• Glass selection and installation are undertaken with reference to NZS 4223
• Channel profiles are available for a range of glass and insulating glass unit thicknesses
• Thermal, acoustic, solar and security performance depend on the selected glass and complete framing system
• Hardware and finishes should be selected for the environmental exposure

Warranty & Maintenance

• Warranty coverage is subject to Metro’s applicable glass and hardware warranty terms
• Refer to product specific warranty documents
• Maintain glass in accordance with the Metro care and maintenance guide
• Maintain channels, seals, fixings, drainage paths and perimeter joints
• Regularly inspect doors, hardware and structural bonding
• Replace damaged or deteriorated seals promptly
• A 10 year insulating glass warranty applies only to qualifying Metro insulating glass units
