Polyfon Mesh
Description

Polyfon Mesh™ is a perforated open cell ceiling panel designed to provide a contemporary industrial aesthetic when using standard two way exposed ceiling grid. Panels may be mixed and matched with other ceiling panel types for design effect or acoustic control. Available in diamond, square and hexagonal.

Made in New Zealand, Polyfon Mesh™ is made from a composite of compressed polyester and a fire resistant glass mat facing.

Scope of Use

Polyfon Mesh is ideal for deconstructed corporate interiors, retail complexes, airports, showrooms and large volume public spaces.

  • Permits visibility to the plenum spaces for security 
  • Ideal for retro fit or new
  • Ideal for passive heat/cooling systems using thermal mass
  • Group 1-S Fire Rating, suitable for all areas including corridors and fire exits
  • Option of White or Black core with matching surface finish or contrasting surface finish, eg RAL7030 grey
  • Very light weight for seismic, fits into standard grid systems
  • 600 x 600mm and 600 x 1200mm sizes
Limitations on Use
  • Installation shall not commence until the building is water tight and dry.
  • All fittings shall be independently supported, use hold down clips in areas of wind uplift.
  • Max 95% R/H at 35°C.
