All TechED Materials Forum appointments:

• Cost: $415 + GST per event
• Expected Audience: Approx. 15 - 30 attendees per event, depending on the practice studio [there is no gaurantee of numbers]

What's included?

EBOSS invites the practice teams, liaises with the librarian/contact, seeks product or topic approval from the practice involved, sends a brief outlining the topic or product range to be shown, hosts on the day and provides catering.

We facilitate materials suppliers to meet and greet the practice staff from across most of the relevant teams, for a practical show and tell, for 30 - 45 mins (max.1 hr) — includes up to 6 suppliers.

Key information for reps

TechED appointments are product-focused sessions alongside several other suppliers to create interest and supplier participants are responsible for all materials, technical models and build ups at an appointment to create an interesting and dynamic display.

• There is no formal presentation: You/your Reps will usually speak with individuals or small groups for a few minutes each as they walk between displays.
• Table for display: We will arrange for a table for you for display of materials onsite (approx. 1.8m x 0.8m) and some floor space, so a good amount of space for product samples and models to be displayed. All participant suppliers are required to bring a cloth to protect practice furniture.
• Morning tea or lunch catering is provided by EBOSS for the practice members.
• Car Parking: Parking is not provided, we suggest drop-off or nearby on-street pay-and-display parking. 
• Pull up banner: You are permitted to bring 1 x pull up banner and a small amount of print brochures/flyers, merchandise, business cards etc. to distribute.
• Gift: EBOSS will run one draw for any supplier gifts (optional), e.g branded gifts, wine, voucher etc. Participant suppliers are not permitted to run a card draw/card collection separately.
• Your Staff: 1 or 2 Reps are adequate at TechED appointments

Note: we do not share individual attendee emails with suppliers; the opportunity at this meet and greet session is for relationship building, share your cards if appropriate for any follow up from attendees in the future.

Image use policy: You are not permitted to take photographs or video within the practice studio. EBOSS will take product related images for reference; no use of images is permitted without permission of the studio.
