Introducing Neptune Stone Based Waterproof Flooring

Neptune Stone Based Waterproof Flooring has just landed at The Tile Depot. Also known as SPC or Rigid Core, it is one of the fastest growing flooring products on the globe.

With the look and feel of hardwood flooring without the maintenance issues, SPC is a floating floor system designed for all areas of the home and is a 100% waterproof alternative to wood and laminate.

Neptune Stone Based Waterproof Flooring is comprised of four distinct layers:

  1. A quartz enhanced wear layer to protect against heavy foot traffic and scuffs
  2. A deep structured decorative and embossed layer that gives the appearance and feel of natural wood
  3. A rigid core that includes 60% limestone, giving it strength, rigidity and waterproof properties
  4. An attached sound absorbing pad which negates the need for a separate underlay and also makes the flooring softer underfoot

Neptune Stone Based flooring is not only stylish and durable, but it is also stable to heat and sunlight and compatible with embedded underfloor heating systems. It is Ortho-Phthalate free and comes with an A+ rating for indoor air quality, and some ranges have an R10 anti-slip rating.

Crafted to look like real wood, Neptune is an easy to install floating floor system that readily clicks together with virtually no surface preparation required. A few simple tools and the job is done. It is an ideal solution for resurfacing existing floors and also new builds.

Arguably the most attractive aspect of this product is it’s 100% waterproof interlocking system, making it an ideal alternative to laminate and wood as it can be used in wet areas like bathrooms and laundries.

Added to this is a 30 year residential warranty and a 15 year commercial warranty.
