Louvretec is pleased to offer a wood grain finish for their aluminium louvre blades. Heat bonded onto the aluminium louvres, this woodgrain finish looks and feels like timber found here in NZ with the added bonuses of durability and lower maintenance.
As a design alternative to Louvretec's airfoil shaped sun louvre range, their rectangular 'weatherboard' shaped sun louvres present a classic weatherboard panel effect when closed due to their mitred ends. All Louvretec sun louvres are aluminium providing excellent durability when compared to classic wooden shutters and are not prone to warping, splitting or shrinking out in the weather.
There are seven wood grain finishes and shades including beautiful, subtle pale timber colours such as light cedar through to reddish, and darker colours such as the popular Black Riverwood.
Traditional timber frames and shutters absorb light while aluminium sun louvres reflect it and bounce it around creating a light, airy feel. By selecting a wood grain finish that provides a look just like timber, customers enjoy a warm classic, timeless look with the assurance of durability.
The Louvretec product range of opening roofs, retractable roofs, sun louvre systems and shutters let customers bring the outdoors in by creating outdoor living spaces that encapsulate the outdoors and create flow — blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living.
As well as wood grain finishes, the Louvretec product range is also available powder coated or anodised to match and complement the customer’s environment or to add a burst of colour and become the standout feature of a project.
