Description

The SafetyLink FrogLine Membrane Surface Mounted Horizontal Lifeline is a permanent fall protection system designed for membrane roof applications. The system incorporates engineered energy absorbing anchor components to minimise loads on users and the supporting structure in the event of a fall. Continuous connection is achieved using an 8mm stainless steel cable and the SafetyLink FrogLine shuttle system.

Scope of Use
  • Commercial, industrial and institutional membrane roofs.
  • Permanent roof access.
  • Warm roof construction.
  • New build and retrofit.
  • Suitable for roof pitches up to 15° and across roof pitches up to 25°.

Installation:

Install onto structural plywood using the approved SafetyLink SurfaceLink fixing system and fasteners in accordance with the SafetyLink Installation Manual.

Limitations on Use
  • Suitable only for warm roof substrates.
  • System supplied, installed and certified by Total Height Safety in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
  • Use approved SafetyLink components only.
  • Inspect and re-certify in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4.

Tested and manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.2 and other referenced international standards.

  • Manufacturer's warranty applies when installed in accordance with SafetyLink requirements.
  • Inspect and re-certify by a competent person in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4.
