The SafetyLink FrogLine Surface Fixed Concealed Membrane Lifeline System is a permanent horizontal lifeline system designed for insulated roof panels incorporating a waterproof membrane finish. The system is surface fixed to the roof panel using a concealed membrane spacer plate, allowing the membrane to be dressed over the fixing assembly while maintaining the continuity and weatherproof integrity of the roof system.

Unlike conventional roof penetrations, the concealed membrane installation methodology helps minimise thermal bridging through the roof assembly and helps minimise the potential for condensation within insulated roof construction. The system also eliminates the need for underside capping of roof fixings, simplifying installation and reducing trade coordination.

Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, the FrogLine system provides continuous fall protection using engineered energy-absorbing anchors and the SafetyLink FrogLine shuttle system. The system is suitable for insulated roof panels and warm roof membrane construction where maintaining the integrity of the building envelope is a key design consideration.
