Description

The Adlux Roof Access Hatch is a fully engineered prefabricated roof access unit designed to provide safe and convenient access to roofs from within a building. Manufactured with an insulated double-skin lid, corrosion-resistant stainless steel hinges and pneumatic stays, the hatch provides smooth, ergonomic opening to 90° while reducing thermal transfer and noise.

Scope of Use
  • Commercial and industrial buildings
  • Roof access for maintenance personnel
  • Suitable for timber, concrete or aluminium kerbs/upstands
Limitations on Use
  • To be installed on a compliant kerb/upstand.
  • Upstand must be flashed in accordance with NZBC E2 for the applicable roof system.
  • To be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Installed by the building contractor.

Manufactured to comply with the New Zealand Building Code. Installation is compatible with NZBC E2 Acceptable Solution when flashed in accordance with the applicable roofing system.
