Description

The Proframe deck system provides easy-to-build low-level deck support for use with traditional timber decking, composite decking, and structural tiles It can be used to support decking over membranes, concrete substrates, or over ground.

The system includes Proframe powdercoated aluminium joists/bearers which can be supported on adjustable height Projack deck jacks:

Extruded aluminium joist and bearer manufactured from 6063 T5 powdercoated aluminium: 70x45mm in 3 standard lengths (3.6m, 4.8m, 6.0m)
Extruded aluminium deck and tile trim manufactured from 6063 T5 powdercoated aluminium (43 x 43mm)
Projack support feet manufactured from polypropylene (125 x125mm): 5 sizes — can be stacked in any combination to make any height from 5mm to 300mm
Joist connectors and connector fasteners in 304 grade stainless steel with black coating: right angle connector and straight connector

Scope of Use

Proframe aluminium deck joists and Projacks are used to support timber decking, composite decking, and structural tiles.

Over existing or new membrane structures as a floating frame
Low height over ground applications
Decks as low as 70mm
Suitable for both commercial and residential applications from 2Kpa to 4Kpa.

Limitations on Use

All decking loadings are designed to a minimum of 2Kpa
Ensure a 15mm standoff is maintained around all deck edges where they meet any vertical surfaces
No handrails should be supported either surface or face mounted to the Proframe joists, unless specifically designed by an engineer
