Description

This is a complete sustainable system for the installation of vinyl floor coverings over concrete, suitable for heavy loads and traffic in a range of residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

The system consists of a moisture vapour barrier, self-levelling compound, and choice of two adhesives, certified with Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) testing.

Scope of Use

Installation of vinyl floor coverings over concrete
Suitable for static and dynamic heavy loads, in residential, commercial and industrial sectors
Example settings: hospitals, shopping centres, airports etc.
Suitable for stresses from chair castors according to EN 12529
MAPEPROOF PRIMER provides a waterproof surface membrane and impedes the passage of residual construction moisture from affecting subsequent floor covering installations
Early installation of floor coverings is possible
Self-levelling compound ULTRAPLAN EC25 has very low VOC content
Remove differences in thicknesses from 1 to 10mm on new or existing substrates
Excellent resistance to loads and traffic
ULTRAPLAN EC25 is ready to receive flooring after approximately 12 hours
Choice of two, very low-emission, adhesives: synthetic polymer-based, or acrylic
ULTRABOND ECO V4 EVOLUTION is a universal all-in-one synthetic, polymer-based adhesive in water dispersion with fast and strong initial tack & long open time. Can be used as wet-bed adhesive on absorbent substrates, as well as impervious, non absorbent substrates
ULTRABOND ECO VS90 PLUS is an acrylic, universal, high-temperature adhesive in wet-bed dispersion. Characterised by a fast and strong initial grab and a rapid set, as well as a rigid and cohesive final film, it gives the floor coverings a very good dimensional stability
