Description

The refreshed 200 Suburban Opening Roof incorporates design with a simple operating mechanism form and function is acheived. 

Designed with quality and cost-effectiveness in mind, the 200 Suburban Roof provides wide spanning capabilities. Using the highest grade aluminium every aspect is fully engineered and backed by Louvretec's product and workmanship warranty, and powered by Somfy.

The 200 Suburban features a new, extruded motor cover and a 185mm extra wide gutter to all four sides as standard.

  • 180° Blade Rotation: Provides adjustable overhead sun, shade, and weather control — allowing users to follow the sun or close the blades completely for a comfortable haven below.
  • Control Options: Available as either motorised — powered by world-renowned Somfy motors—or hand-operable.
  • Sleek Mechanics: Operates via an award-winning Spiral Pivot System for smooth blade movement, featuring a hidden gearbox and a new extruded motor cover.
  • Durable Construction: Built from rust-free aluminium to ensure long-lasting performance.
  • Versatile Finishes: Available in a wide variety of powder coat and anodised colours, as well as wood grain/timber-look options and special finishes such as Blistered Yakasugi.

Limitations on Use
  • Any use outside of Louvretec's nominated Louvre spans for wind speeds over 55m/s as set out in the Louvretec 2025 Design Manual.
  • All Louvretec systems must be installed by Louvretec's in-house installers
In-Service History

Louvrecare is Louvretec's valet and maintenance division. Louvrecare 'Care and Maintenance Department' was established more than 15 years ago & exists to ensure your louvres remain in optimal condition.
