Description
New from Louvretec, the 180/30 Slimline Opening Roof replaces our 180 Linear and 180 Classic Opening Roofs. The modern slimline design works well with the narrower 180mm wide Louvres. Like the other 3 Slimline Roofs, the 180/30 Roof features a flat bottom with a sleek, tapering top. This Slimline Roof is the smallest in the series.

- Extra High: 3350mm
- Low: 4500mm

- The 180/30 Slimline Louvres and Gutters can be fitted into a Louvretec frame and posts made of aluminium, or a timber, steel, concrete or fixed directly into a prepared opening in a roof structure by others. Frame and posts other than Aluminium are by others.
- Engineered to meet relevant AS/NZS standards
- All extrusions manufactured in an ISO quality assured environment to AS1866 and AS3902 standards
- Plastic injected components (motorised and manual) are UV stabilised
- Drive axles(motorised and manual) and all fixings are marine grade 316 stainless steel
- Full site measure, design, shop drawing (if required) and installation service provided

Scope of Use
- Refer to wind zone chart for spans
- Used as a weather resistant cover over decks/patios, outdoor dining areas of restaurants and bars, outdoor areas, school play areas, pool/spa covers.
- Suitable for coastal, inland, residential & commercial installations.
- Standard Spiral Pivot Opening Roofs are generally installed horizontally overhea but can be installed on an angle. They can be an irregular shape (refer Louvretec Design Team) and can be motorised or manually adjustable using the Louvretec Spiral Pivot system
- The Spiral pivot system allows for up to 180° rotation of the louvres
- Meets the requirements of AS/NZS 1170, NZS3604, AS/NZ1664
Limitations on Use
- Refer to wind zone chart for spans. Any use outside of Louvretec's nominated Louvre spans for wind speeds over 55m/s as set out in the Louvretec 2025 Design Manual
- Opening Roof spans are restricted by wind zone. Refer relevant table in 2025 Louvretec Design Manual
- Minimum depth of frame is required. Refer Louvretec Design Team
- Opening Roofs cannot be used as a weather proofing solution to a building
- All Louvretec systems must be installed by Louvretec's in-house installers
