Description

Not just full width access to wardrobes and kitchen and pantry cupboards, but also a modern, streamlined look, Cinetto’s bi-fold door system includes tracks, slides, hinges, bifold hinges and slide covers; everything needed to create a super smooth, quiet bi-fold door system for kitchen cupboards, pantries or wardrobes.

Suitable for timber or aluminium-framed glass doors up to 50kg, Cinetto bi-folds glide smoothly with high quality ball bearing rollers on a sliding block.

An optional, retrofittable kit to add self-opening push to open / pull to open functionality is also available.

Self-Opening Push To Open / Pull To Open Bifold Door Kit

Optional kit to add self-opening push to open / pull to open functionality to Cinetto bifold door hardware.
Retrofittable
Kit includes self-opening mechanism, cover, screws, tip-on device, magnet kit and magnet latch
Opening force easily adjusted by installing springs in one of 3 different positions (under 15kg, 15-35kg, over 35kg), making this kit suitable for large and small doors
Cinetto bifold door hardware is already excellent value for money and the option to add self-opening functionality at a reasonable cost makes it even more so
Available in left hand and right hand versions
Available in grey and in black

Scope of Use

Cinetto bifold door hardware is suitable for residential use throughout the home; kitchens, pantries, sculleries, laundries, bathrooms, wardrobes, home offices.

Limitations on Use

Suitable for residential use, taking into account the following:

Load capacity of selected slide and hinge (25kg or 50kg)
Refer to the Care & Maintenance document for further detail.

Important notes on optional self-opening kit:

Not to be used when a lower track is installed.
It is essential to use unsprung hinges with this unit: FIT suggest their Salice SAL265 hinge.

In-Service History

FIT has been distributing Cinetto bifolding door hardware in New Zealand for well over a decade. The optional push to open kit was introduced in early 2025.

Warranty

FIT warrants the original purchaser of products against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty applies to all non-electrical products sold by FIT in New Zealand and Australia.

The warranty covers replacements for faulty goods only. Replacements will be supplied to the original purchaser only. If the identical item is no longer available, FIT will replace with the closest item from their current product selection. The warranty does not include any labour or other associated expense that may be involved in removal or installation of the product. The warranty does not apply if products have been incorrectly installed, have been subjected to loads in excess of specifications and/or have been subjected to uses/purposes for which they are not expressly intended. FIT’s liability is limited to the goods themselves and does not cover any consequential or incidental damages contributed to or resulting from the use, installation, performance or failure of products.

In New Zealand this warranty is additional to the conditions and guarantees of the Consumers Guarantee Act (1993).
