Description

Rebond Gym Tiles are compression-moulded recycled rubber tiles for gym and high-traffic flooring applications. The tiles are UV stable for indoor and outdoor use, are non-slip, and offer impact and vibration absorption for noise reduction and comfort underfoot.

Made from 100% recycled tyre rubber crumb with a polyurethane binder.

Rebond tiles have a smooth, colourfast surface, and are available in a range of sizes and thicknesses, with custom runs available to suit individual project needs. Tiles come factory finished in matt black with a 3mm arris edge. Optional colour or colour flecks can be added, or can be textured such as herringbone pattern for additional grip or visual impact.

Scope of Use

Provide a durable slip-resistant surface, along with cushioning and acoustic dampening
Suitable for interior and exterior applications including:

Tiles: 1000 x1000mm, 1000 x 2000m
- RB1524 (15mm): retail, office, and residential
- RB2024 (20mm): ideal for aerobics flooring
- RB2524 (25mm) suitable for weight lifting flooring
Custom sizes may be produced to fit project needs
Optional fleck pattern to disguise soiling in high traffic areas
Optional textures such as herringbone can be incorporated for additional slip resistance
Once installed the tile surface can be seal coated with an urethane or silicon finish (dependent on site suitability)

Installation:

Tiles can be installed loose laid, butt joined or fixed to substrate using suitable urethane based adhesives.
It is recommended that the tiles are adhered to the substrate to prevent any movement.
In heavy duty environments, total stick methodology should be applied.
Nominal 2-3mm tolerance

Limitations on Use

Tiles should be adhered to the substrate to prevent movement; in heavy-duty environments apply total-stick methodology.
Avoid long-term exposure over 135°C; auto-ignition above 370°C.
Material can be ignited by open flame or smouldering ignition sources.
