Limitations on Use

Interior use only
Must be installed by a qualified installer
Installation to be undertaken to Parky Installation Instructions and industry best practice guidelines
Must be maintained in line with Parky Care & Maintenance Guidelines
Substrate must have 75% or less relative humidity
Not recommended for use in bathrooms — consider Finfloor or Purefloor laminate flooring instead

Statement of Building Code Compliance

B2.3.1(c): Parky Deluxe is manufactured to EN14342:2013 standard and meets the minimum durability requirement of 5 years
C3.4(b): Parky Deluxe achieves a CRF ≥4.5kW/m² when tested to ISO 9239-1
D1.3.3(d): Parky Deluxe provides acceptable slip resistance for level access routes expected to remain dry under normal use as per D1/AS1 Table 2. It also achieves an SRV of 57 or P5 rating when tested to AS 4586 Appendix A, making it acceptable for use in level access routes expected to become wet with water under normal use, and on stairs and ramps not steeper than 1:12.
E3.3.3, E3.3.5: Parky Deluxe has an impervious surface and joint system when installed floating or glued directly to the substrate, as established by moisture resistance testing to ISO 4760:2022
