Homestead Lane brings tranquility, texture and warmth to New Zealand homes with its chunky loop pile construction. Crafted from 100% New Zealand wool and manufactured in Australia, this oversized loop pile carpet is incredibly soft and luxurious. Its natural warmth and character make this textured wool carpet an inviting foundation for everyday living.

Available in six neutral tones, Homestead Lane celebrates the authentic texture and natural variations of New Zealand wool. Its soft, muted colour palette is shared with Boundary Rise and Auburn Ridge, our range of loop pile wool carpets designed to work in harmony with timber, stone and other natural materials to create welcoming, timeless interiors.

  • Interior use only
  • Must be installed by a qualified installer
  • Installation to be undertaken to industry best practice guidelines
  • Must be maintained in line with Belgotex care and maintenance guidelines
  • Not suitable for installation within 1.5m of a sanitary fixture or appliance
Statement of Building Code Compliance
  • B2.3.1(c): Homestead Lane meets the minimum durability requirement of 5 years
  • C3.4(b): Homestead Lane has been tested against ISO 9239-1 standard achieving a CRF of 5.3kW/m²
  • D1.3.3(d): Homestead Lane has acceptable slip resistance when used in level access routes, slopes, and stairs as per D1/AS1 Table 2
  • F2.3.1: Homestead Lane has been tested to ASTM D5116 for VOC emissions and meets NZGBC and Green Star emissions limits
