• Not intended for trafficable roofs — not designed to bear foot traffic without dedicated walkways.
• Span capabilities are limited and vary by:
  • Sheet thickness
  • Profile type
• Cannot be used for long-span structural roofing without adequate support.
• If roof access is required, walkways or safety mesh must be installed.
• Surface can degrade if exposed to abrasive cleaners
• Gel coat provides UV protection but must not be scratched or damaged.
• Roof pitch must meet minimum slope requirements to avoid water ponding.
• Should be installed with appropriate fixings and support spans, according to the sheet thickness and profile.
• Must be installed following NZBC Clause E2/AS1 and C/VM2, especially for fire compliance in enclosed spaces.
