Terms and Conditions: Autex Cascade Competition

These terms and conditions apply specifically to Autex’s ‘Win a Cascade Installation’ competition.

1. Competition closes 11 April 2018.
2. The prize winner will be drawn and contacted by EBOSS before 20 April 2018.
3. Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
4. Only registrations before the specified close date are eligible.
5. Any registrant providing contact information consents to being contactable by EBOSS and the product supplier.
6. Sizes and specs of the Cascade installation to be mutually agreed between Autex and the winner.
7. The winner agrees to having the installation photographed and profiled for promotional material created by EBOSS and/or the product supplier.
8. The winner is required to be cooperative for minor promotional material to be created by EBOSS and/or the product supplier.
9. The product supplier and EBOSS reserve the right to withdraw or cancel an entry at any stage.
10. Any prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Unless otherwise stated, eligibility for prize draws or receipt of postal information is restricted to New Zealand based, construction industry professionals.
