Warmframe Technology Debuts at HIVE

The home will not only be built following Lifemark standards, the independent seal of approval that represents adaptable design to ensure livability regardless of age, stage or ability, but will also incorporate Warmframe technology.

Warmframe is an innovative building method that incorporates framing made with Axxis Steel and a two-part, high-density Insulpro insulation system. The technology enables a significant improvement in insulation performance, far in excess of the minimum requirements of the New Zealand Building Code.

Designed by Anne Salmond of Salmond Architecture, the HIVE home will also feature thermally broken window joinery and non-allergenic anti-mould interior paint. It will be open for viewing Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 4pm.
