Computer Dynamics was looking for a complete energy-efficient lighting solution. The majority of the lighting for this project, which encompassed a two-storey office block, truck bay and drive-through, warehouse and storage, was provided by Forman Building Systems.

A key feature of this installation was the installation of 70W light panels which were installed into a suspended ceiling system. Since LED is not affected by multiple switch cycles, the lunch room and various other areas within the building could operate on motion sensors to further increase energy savings.

In addition, the 120W LED high bays that were installed for the truck drive-through were paired with daylight and motion sensors to optimise energy savings. When enough natural light enters through the sunlights, the high bays do not operate, and then turn on when the sensors sense darkness.

Forman has provided an energy-efficient, low-maintenance lighting solution for Computer Dynamics while also providing an aesthetically pleasing result with clean lines and high performance.
