Submitting an Article
When can I submit?
You have the opportunity to submit one article per month (we recommend 3 - 4 per year).
With EBOSSNOW, we always work a month in advance, so if a deadline is in mid-April, the articles submitted will appear in the May issue. You can find our submission deadlines online. We will also send you email reminders so that you can keep up-to-date with our deadlines. If you are not currently receiving these reminders, please contact email@example.com
Please write your article offline before submitting it through our website as the page may time out. You will not be able to edit an article once submitted, so it is important to double-check that you have filled in all appropriate sections before submitting.
Follow the instructions for logging into the supplier admin area and select 'Submit article'. Make sure you fill out all relevant fields in the online submission form and be sure select a featured product and upload any images.
After submitting your article
We will edit your article to make sure it fits with our EBOSSNOW house style. If more information is needed, or if any major changes are made, we will be in touch.
Once you have submitted your article, you cannot view or edit your submission. If you have a question about your article after you’ve submitted it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember to check your final article in the 'News' tab of your EBOSS catalogue on the 1st weekday of the month.
If you have a late article submission, please submit online as usual and also email email@example.com to confirm that your late submission is for your chosen month and newsletter. Once our editor has reviewed the month's submissions, she will confirm whether there is space for your article or whether it will need to go in another month or newsletter.
