• Residential Use: 10-year warranty on ceramic basins, toilet pans and ceramic cisterns, with 1 year on applicable non-ceramic parts and 2 years authorised labour. Toilet seats have a 3-year replacement warranty (excluding labour), while E-bidet seats have 2-year replacement, parts and authorised labour coverage.
