Currently being trialed in Auckland, the Suburban Express Opening Roof is a freestanding, hand adjustable Louvretec Opening Roof. It is perfect as a stand-alone option for spas or swimming pools and landscaped areas, and can be fitted to a deck next to any building without having to actually fix or connect to the building.

This modular designed system is manufactured as a flat-pack with short turnaround time, and is an ideal entry level Louvretec Opening Roof. Still custom made and fully engineered, the Suburban Express allows even more homes to get a Louvretec roof.
