220/35 Slimline Retract Roof
220/45 Alpine Retract Roof

Retract Roofs take it one step further, Retract the Roof Louvres back to enjoy the sky above, or bring them back overhead when operable overhead shelter is required.

Louvretec Retract Louvres can also be specified as standard pivoting Opening Roofs — ideal for multi-roof projects.

Choose either the 220/35 Slimline Retract Roof or the 220/45 Alpine Retract
220/45 Alpine Retract Roof is a larger spanning version of the 220/35 Slimline Retract Roof
The 220/45 Alpine Roof is ideal for high wind zones and alpine and exposed coastal sites
Retract Louvre Blades are also compatible as a standard Spiral Pivot Roof
Motorised
Retract Louvres feature a neat, tapered top and flat bottom
Blades stack neatly and quietly
Can be operated by a customised remote or from a device
Drive systems are concealed
Residential or commerical premises — ideal for restaurants and cafes
Retract the louvres back to enjoy the sky above
Louvres open and close when back in the overhead position
Choose to retract the blades from one end or from both ends
Frame options include a Three Sided Frame or Four Sided Frame

Scope of Use

Louvretec Retract Roofs are an exterior, permanent, aluminium, louvre system with operable and retracting blades
Wind Zones determine the span
Designed for New Zealand's climate and conditions
Constructed of aluminium for durability
Specified to create a functional outdoor room for decks, verandahs and patio areas
Frame options include a 3-Sided, 4-Sided Louvretec frame or a Retract Roof can be incorporated in to a frame by others
Frame is connected to posts (number of posts dependent on requirements) the frame is mounted to a structural wall
Louvretec Retract Roofs are engineered to standards NZ3604
Choose either the 220/35 Slimline Retract Roof or the 220/45 Alpine Retract
220/45 Alpine Retract Roof is a larger spanning version of the 220/35 Slimline Retract Roof
The 220/45 Alpine Roof is ideal for high wind zones and alpine and exposed coastal sites

Louvretec's Retract Roof range has been available for ten years and 2025 sees the introduction of two new Retract Roofs to the range, the 220/35 Slimline Retract and the 220/45 Alpine Retract Roof
