Specifier Rep 2.01 - Mastering Specification Workshop

The EBOSS Mastering Specification Workshop is designed for experienced specification reps, offering a step-by-step approach to growing reputation, credibility and ultimately specification success.

This brand new in-person workshop, with two follow-up online huddles to ‘lock in the learning’, will focus on and deepen an understanding of the key drivers behind architectural specification.

Through theory and practical application in the session, you will learn how to:

• Add value and build your reputation at every touch point with specifiers
• Gain a critical understanding of the audience you’re supporting
• Move every opportunity towards a project discussion
• Set a budget to support your goals
• Put process and rigour throughout your approach to growing specification

Come prepared to roll up your sleeves with facilitators Matthew Duder and Dom Hay from EBOSS, and graduate with an actionable plan to increase your effectiveness as a category-leading specification rep.
