NZ Made PIR Panel Needs a New Name!

suPIR Span is a stressed skin sandwich panel, comprised of pre-painted steel skins continuously laminated over a fire retardant PIR core. Manufactured in New Zealand, suPIR Span offers excellent build advantages. The locally made panels can be delivered quickly to site, and sheet lengths can be longer than lengths typically associated with imported panels, reducing the need for end laps. These lengths are restricted by transportation to site, so if sheet lengths longer than 15m are required, then piloted vehicles may be required, please check with Metalcraft Insulated Panels.

suPIR span is available in a range of colours with a variety of profile finishes, providing greater strength in walls and a clean, smooth aesthetic look.

suPIRspan is a lightweight, thermally efficient panel intended for use as an insulated, fire resistant, fully finished roof panel.

NZ Made

Suitable for roof and wall cladding
15m un-piloted truck (longer lengths available depending on freight restrictions to site)
With steel or timber structural framing and on a concrete slab or sub-floor structure
In all wind zones, up to and, including Extra High wind zone as defined in NZS 3604:2011 or a calculated wind design pressure (ULS) of 4 kPa
With a snow loading of up to 1kPa
In all exposure zones as defined in NZS 3604:2011
