Inspired by the look of Welsh slate the Gerard Alpine profile lends a smooth, linear look while surface detailing adds a slightly rustic overtone.

Alpine has a simplicity that works with both contemporary and traditional architecture, giving a roof a continuous smooth pattern that can present a flat, almost seamless appearance when seen in soft light like on a cloudy day.

Scope of Use

Alpine is suitable for use on buildings that comply with NZS 3604.

Code-compliant for the following environmental conditions:

  • Wind Zone - Specific Design
  • Corrosion Zone - Corrosion Zone D
  • Seismic Zone - High

Compatible with Gerard Angle trim.

Limitations on Use
  • Minimum roof pitch 15 degrees
  • System is Code-compliant on the condition it is installed by a licensed applicator / installer

If alterations are made to the home after the installation of the roof - such as fitting of chimneys, extension, installation of skylights etc - it is important to ensure that the materials that are used are compatible with the roofing material.
