Description

The bi-fold system is bottom rolling with an in-frame track for optimum panel support. Rated to 3.0m high in Extra High wind zones. The bi-fold window system uses the bi-fold door system with a smaller stile and top and bottom panel rail.

  • The track uses an aluminium insert (black anodised) for roller wear
  • A flush sill track is available for sheltered locations
  • Sill tray and seismic frame options
  • Assured smooth operation through enhanced adjustability
  • A slender door stile and rail option is available to minimise visual intrusion
  • Overlights possible
  • Maximum glass thickness of 44mm IGU — compliance with NZBC clause H1 Energy Efficiency requires high performing Low-E double glazing.

Other Performance Attributes
  • Window and door warranty provided under normal conditions of use against failure of materials and workmanship for a period of five years
  • Surface finish is covered by a separate performance warranty dependent on the actual finish selected. APL Architectural Series ThermalHEART® products can have a different colour on the interior and exterior faces as an optional choice.
  • A hardware/componentry warranty is offered against defects in manufacturing, functionality and surface finish for a period of five years, provided care and maintenance guidelines have been followed
