Description

Designed for both interior and exterior applications, 3M™ Safety Exterior Window Films help hold shattered glass together to protect people, property and possessions from spontaneous glass breakage, seismic events and low-force glass impacts.

Other Performance Attributes

BRANZ Impact Testing was conducted on 4mm annealed glass with a single layer of 100 micron polyester film with an abrasion resistant coating. This applies to the Safety S40 Exterior Window Film. In addition, this film contains UV protection in the coating which has no effect on impact resistance of the 100 micron polyester base.
