3M Anti-Graffiti Window Film
Description

In place of using only spray paints and markers to deface glass and other smooth surfaces, vandals are also using glass-etching solutions. Whether applied to windows, public transportation, transit stops or even bathroom mirrors, 3M Anti-Graffiti Window Film provides a strong initial line of defense against paint, gouging, scratching, and even acid etching. If the damage is done, simply replace the film for the fraction of the cost of replacing the entire window.

Key Features
  • 4 mil (100 micron) single layer clear film offers good basic protection
  • 6 mil (150 micron) multi-layer clear film offers increased protection for higher risk areas
  • Cost effective solutions that offer an invisible sacrificial layer to protect glass from acid etching, scratches and tagging
  • Glass fragment retention properties to provide basic shatter resistance
  • Helps reduce the chance of injury from flying glass
  • 99% UV rejection helps reduce fading of display merchandise
  • Can also protect other glass surfaces from wear and tear
Scope of Use
  • For an optically clear abrasion resistant window film, which, when applied to glass, will help protect the surface from vandalism
  • Film is intended to be a sacrificial layer to help protect against damage
  • Film does not chemically bond to the glass and is easily removed when replacement is required
