Smartwood Bi-Fold Doors
New APL 2019 Specifier Guide now available Order now
Description

Bi-fold doors are bottom rolling with the weight carried on the sill. This reduces lintel sag and enhances smooth operation over the long term.

The rolling gear sits to the exterior of the door panels and allows easy cleaning at the sill. An optional sill support bar is available.

Key Features
  • The Smartwood bi-fold door system is bottom rolling for optimum panel support
  • Rollers run on an external track
  • Bottom rails can be doubled in height for a robust look
  • Smartwood bi-fold doors can be supplied in both multiples of 2-panels and also with a free-swinging third panel to allow easy access (a single panel hinged to the jamb can also be used with an adjoining 3-panel set)
