Description

A strong 46mm platform ensures robust performance and suitability in a wide range of wind exposures. Awning and casement windows have pocket glazed sashes with sloped or square beads available for fixed lights.

All product profiles including mullions, transoms and 90°, 135° and variable angle corner posts are thermally broken.

  • Designed to be used in conjunction with double glazing for a fully effective barrier system
  • Standard glass panel thickness of 24mm, but maximum 32mm available
  • No condensation collector included in frame — option is available
  • Ideal for those projects where conformity with the energy efficiency requirements of NZ Building Code Clause H1 is a design difficulty issue
  • Facing sash used for optimum weather protection

  • Consider a ThermalHEART horizontal sliding window to protect walkways
  • Caution is required for the use of casements which open directly into prevailing winds
  • Casements beyond benches may have top fasteners that are hard to reach
