Description

The all new 220/35 Slimline Retract Roof Louvres can be specified as a Retract Roof, or as an Opening Roof - making it a great choice for multi-roof projects that require a combination of a standard Spiral Pivot Opening Roof and a Retract Roof.

The 220/35 Slimline Retract Roof is part of our new Retract Range and features a flat bottom with a sleek, tapering top.

Retract Louvre blades are 220mm wide.

Maximum Spans in Wind Zones for 3m height:

Extra High: 3500mm
Low: 4300mm

Wind Zones determine the span as set out in the Louvretec 2025 Design Manual
Designed for New Zealand's climate and conditions
Constructed of aluminium for durability
Specified to create a functional outdoor room for decks, verandahs and patio areas
Frame options include a 3-Sided, 4-Sided Louvretec frame or a Retract Roof can be incorporated in to a frame by others
Frame is connected to posts (number of posts dependent on requirements) the frame is mounted to a structural wall
Louvretec Retract Roofs are engineered to standards NZ3604

Louvretec's Retract Roof range has been available for ten years and 2025 sees the introduction of two new Retract Roofs to the range, the 220/35 Slimline Retract and the 220/45 Alpine Retract Roof
