Constructed to Heirloom specifications from high-quality stainless steel, these ladders offer
reliable performance and an enhanced bathroom experience by keeping towels dry, warm, and fresh. Heirloom ladders heated towel warmers are designed and engineered in New Zealand for Australasian lifestyle conditions.

The ladders are available in several physical sizing profiles to accommodate varying wall configurations:

Standard: 600mm wide with heights of 825, 1025, or 1220mm, accommodating two folded standard towels side-by-side.
Slimline: 440–460mm wide with heights of 825, 850, 1025, or 1220mm; designed for narrow and taller wall spaces such as between showers and vanities, suitable for apartments and smaller bathrooms, or 'his n hers' pairing.
Extended: Widths of 750, 800, or 850mm and heights of 510 or 1025mm, providing balanced proportions for larger walls.
Compact: Widths of 450 or 600mm with a height of 510mm.
Compact Extended: 850mm wide x 510mm high, optimised for walls with good width but restricted height.

Heirloom has a number of profiles including Callisto, Carlton, Genesis, and Studio1. All options are available in polished stainless steel, with selected options available in brushed stainless, matte black, brushed brass, copper, brushed nickel, gunmetal, and matte white finishes.

Scope of Use

Suitable for wall-mounted installation in residential and commercial bathroom interiors.
Various size options ideal for specific bathroom requirements such as narrow wall areas, (such as between showers and vanities), height restricted areas, as well as wide or tall spaces.
Standard temperature models can be integrated with optional dimmers or specialised controllers (such as Timekeeper, Timekeeper Plus, or ESP™ systems) to adjust heat cycles.
Concealed wiring, left and right hand wiring depending on model chosen.
Approved for installation in Zone 1 wet areas directly adjacent to baths and showers.
Designed for continuous operational cycles, with the flexibility to be powered off during prolonged periods of absence.
Tile spacers available for installation on walls with partial tile coverage.

Limitations on Use

Must be installed by a registered electrician.
230V mains power connection.
Designed strictly for warming towels; the thermal output is not intended to provide primary space heating for the bathroom.
Temperature output is relative to external environmental factors; rails heat to approximately 35–40°C above ambient room temperature.
The energy-saving Energy Saving Pulse (ESP™) module must be specified at the time of ordering and cannot be retrofitted. This is available for selected polished Genesis and Studio1 ladder models only.
