Branding and Merchandise

Feel free to personalise your table with a theme of your choice and display your products, samples, and merchandise. However, please note that due to limited space at the venue, we kindly advise against bringing a banner.

Technical Question & Answer

Please provide one TECHNICAL question with a multi choice answer relating to your product to be included in the quiz content on the night.

Please provide an image of your product which relates to your technical question (this will be displayed on the answer screen).

Your Quiz Team

You have one table of up to 8 players INCLUDING staff/reps from your company.  We suggest sending along 1-2 reps on the night which leaves you with 6-7 seats for specifiers on your team.

You have the choice of creating your own team OR EBOSS can create a team for you. 

If you'd like to create your own team, EBOSS will send you a PDF invitation along with an RSVP link for your guests to register.

Giveaway

Event partners are expected to provide one spot prize giveaway.  Suggested value approx $100-$150 ie Local restaurant voucher, bluetooth speaker, gift card, gourmet gift hamper etc.

4.30pm  Access to venue for set up
5.30pm  Guest arrival / networking
6.00pm  Quiz begins (rounds 1-3)
6.45pm  Break
7.15pm   Quiz resumes (rounds 4-6)
8.30pm  Prizegiving
9.00pm  Close (approx)

Dinner and drinks are included for you and your guests.
