There are limited co-partner opportunities available in each location for non-competing product suppliers from one product category per event.  

Investment

Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch:

• Cost: $1,885 + GST per event
• Expected Audience: Approx 150-160 attendees per event

Regional centres:

• Cost: $1,650 + GST per event
• Expected Audience: Approx 40-70 attendees per event

What's included in your partnership?

EBOSS manages the event using our proven Architectural Movie Night format: an engaging networking session featuring hands-on sponsor product displays, followed by a private screening of an architectural documentary. Your partnership guarantees prime brand exposure and direct access to active specifiers both before and during the event.

Inclusions:

• Brand Exposure: Your logo and company name across all marketing materials, the event registration website, and the main cinema holding slide.
• RSVP Management: EBOSS handles 100% of guest invitations and registration - you just turn up ready to connect.
• Dedicated Display Space: A reserved area equipped with a table and black tablecloth to present your products, samples, and technical models to encourage specifier engagement.
• 1 hour Networking Session: Direct face-to-face time with specifiers prior to the film, complete with hosted drinks and canapés
• MC Feature & Prize Draw: Introduction of your registered staff by our event MC inside the cinema, plus hosting of your "Lucky Ticket Number" spot-prize draw (note: each sponsor provides a spot prize, suggested value $100–$150).
• Guest Hospitality: Movie treats of popcorn and ice cream for guests to enjoy during the film.
