Enviro AAC Cladding is a lightweight aerated autoclaved concrete panel made from sand, lime, cement, and special expanding additives. The 50mm thickness is used for wall cladding's and the 75mm panel is for flooring and fencing.
With high-density urban housing being introduced to our cities, many homes are being designed with two or three levels to utilise smaller or cross-leased sections. Masons Plastabrick's Enviro AAC is a lightweight aerated 75 mm thick concrete panel suitable for second and/or third level flooring.
Enviro AAC L2.4m x H600 x D50mm panels are used for exterior cladding for residential or light commercial buildings, finished with plaster and paint.
Enviro AAC L2.4m x H600 x D75mm panels are used for flooring and fencing.
This system will provide waterproofing to the wall surfaces when properly painted, however it is the responsibility of the designer and builder to provide and install adequate detailing for penetrations and tops.
Masons Enviro AAC Panel System has been evaluated by Certmark as meeting the following provisions of the NZ Building Code:
1m³ of raw material makes 4-5m³ of finished product. Waste from manufacture is recycled back into production. Enviro AAC Panel is non-hazardous, no harmful pollutants are used during the production process.
