Delivering additional thermal insulation across the wall (up to 25% more than ventilated AAC systems and 31% more than brick veneer), PowerPanel allows the option of reducing wall batts to an R1.8 value while still exceeding the requirements of the NZBC. In addition, PowerPanel provides an acoustic barrier (up to STC 46) and a fire rated wall (up to FRR 180/180/180).

PowerPanel can be applied directly to steel framing without the need or cost of an additional thermal break.
