Achieve a Classic Corrugate Look Down to 3 Degrees with Roofing Industries

Creating a low pitch roof design with the appeal of corrugate is simple thanks to Roofing Industries’ True Oak range of corrugate roofing profiles. Suitable for both residential and commercial construction, these metal roofing profiles can help you design visually appealing and high-performance low pitch roofs.

True Oak Corrugate — for roof pitches down to 4 degrees

Roofing Industries’ True Oak Corrugate profile has been designed to bring back the original, deeper, rounder sinusoidal wave of traditional corrugate roofing. While standard corrugate is limited to roofs with a minimum pitch of 8 degrees, True Oak Corrugate can be installed as low as 4 degrees, opening up design options for corrugate roofs.

True Oak Corrugate is a smart choice for replacing roofs on heritage projects where preserving the original character is critical, as well as any project where a traditional corrugate look is required at a lower pitch. And the benefits aren’t just aesthetic — True Oak Corrugate is also a strong, durable profile ideal for projects where trafficability is required.

True Oak Corrugate has been used for a range of low pitch projects — from a tropical resort in Fiji where it met strength and aesthetic requirements, to a reclad aircraft hangar with a unique curved roof design.

True Oak Deep — for roof pitches as low as 3 degrees

True Oak Deep features an extra-deep 40.3mm rib, perfect for projects where a bolder, deeper corrugate look is required. It is a safe, modern alternative to the ‘Super Six’ corrugate of the past, offering the aesthetic of this traditional fibre cement roofing in a hardwearing corrugated metal profile.

True Oak Deep is suitable for roofs as low as 3 degrees, and is particularly suited for replacing traditional corrugate roofs while retaining full visual appeal. It has also become a popular choice for new builds due not only to its striking aesthetic but also the wide coverage and strength of the sheeting which ensures rapid installation and cost savings.

Both True Oak Corrugate and True Oak Deep metal roofing profiles are available in a variety of substrates and colourways to suit any roof design. The profiles are supplied cut-to-length, can be drape or spring curved, and are cost-effective to install.

The ridging of these profiles can be ventilated to ensure longer-lasting high performance. There is also the option to specify True Oak Deep and True Oak Corrugate in conjunction with warm roof solutions such as Roof Logic for those projects where you want warm roof performance with a corrugate aesthetic.
