Pacbld Refined

Pacbld Refined (Eterpan) is a sanded monolithic fibre cement sheet, that is used primarily for expressed joint cladding. Due to its production process, Pacbld Refined has an improved surface quality that provides a premium finish once painted. The superior quality material creates great design opportunities as light reflectance for painting sheets is not limited to certain values. On top of that Pacbld Refined has the best water, frost and delamination resistance available in it's class, giving you peace of mind for years to come.

Limitations on Use

Fixed to the Xpressclad Systems PX3-0 and PX40 in accordance with the appropriate Full manual, within the scope of NZS3604 and E2/AS1 or AS1170. Specific Engineering Design outside this scope. 

Statement of Building Code Compliance

Has been assessed by BRANZ and has a Durability Opinion of 15 years uncoated.  This becomes 50 years with a maintained coating
