Hycrete Flooring PU Cement
Description

Hycrete is a unique polyurethane concrete product which is applied as a topping on concrete floors where difficult service conditions are the norm. Designed for use in food and beverage production facilities, commercial kitchens and processing plants.

Scope of Use
  • Applied to concrete floors in commercial plants and kitchens
  • Wide service temperatures from -25°C to +120°C

Limitations on Use
  • Do not apply when the relative humidity exceeds 90% or when the surface to be coated is less than 5% above the dew point
  • Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C and temperatures above 40°C
  • To reduce chance of UV discolouration when floor is exposed to sunlight/installed externally, use of our UV stable top coat is recommended to limit this

Warranty and Maintenance

  • 10 year warranty

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of Hycrete. Regular cleaning using a single or double headed rotary scrubber with alkaline detergent is recommended.
