DriStud W7 is designed for use on a roof and roof sarking in commercial, industrial and farm buildings in all regions of New Zealand. Durability may be affected by environmental factors, including airborne pollutants.

• DriStud W7 is not designed to withstand prolonged direct exposure to the elements.
• The outer construction envelope of this product should be installed the same day as the metal roof.
• The Aluminium Foil should not come into contact with wet concrete or mortar, as the aluminium is susceptible to alkali corrosion. 
• To ensure optimal thermal insulation performance, as well as satisfactory durability, a 25mm air space adjacent to the foil side of the product is recommended.

DriStud W7 has been tested to AS/NZS 4200:1994 and meets all the requirements of the NZBC:
