Corian Glacier White Features in Award-Winning Kitchen

Well-known kitchen designer Mal Corboy has won the International Design Excellence Kitchen Award at the 2014 Society of British Interior Design Awards in London, for his stylish Hekarua Bay kitchen on a Waiheke Island clifftop.

Corby's kitchen design included the use of Corian Solid Surface in Glacier White on the main island and kitchen benchtop. With a silky, tactile aesthetic, Corian Solid Surface is formable, non-porous and stain resistant, renewable and easy to clean and repair.

Up against entrants from around the world, Corby's kitchen design offers maximum functionality with a stunning visual statement. He has combined attention to detail with stylistic balance, delivering a unique statement with the curved island benchtop featuring Corian.
