Developed and manufactured in Japan, the Territory panels are a cement-bonded, fibrous wood particle cladding that is pressed with a surface texture and pre-finished using a durable, multi-layer paint process. Available in 20 varying colour and texture options, they can be used for external facades and interior surfaces. All panels can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation, using the unique Designer Series clip fixing system.

The low maintenance, fast installation, and ability to change the look of the cladding from project to project without changing cladding systems or detailing were key benefits for these builds.
Territory claddings finishes can be interchanged without requiring council amendments, offering more options, with no extra costs. Territory's pre-painted finish allows for projects to be completed faster by reducing weather delays that can hold up sub-contractors. Panels are large profile, making installation fast, which in turn means scaffold can be removed faster, further reducing costs.
